I had a few Beast Boys from Bandai's Teen Titan series lying around and wanted to use them to make some better figures than Bandai gave us. For kid Flash, I resculpted BB's feet and lengthened his hair a bit. The ear-lightning bolts were cut from a JLU Flash.
